Come play as the Director and lead the Gopher Troupe to fight against the eternal nightmare and save the world in Higan: Eruthyll. Have fun with its real-time combat and use your tactics properly to position your party members and utilize their skills to defeat your enemies. It features a wonderful set of art and designs that is complemented by its voice acting during interactions and scenes. The animation is also top-notch and smooth and fluid, making the game enjoyable for the players.
You don’t have to learn a lot of things if you want to play Higan: Eruthyll. The combat mechanics and user interface is simple in design so if you finish its quick tutorial, you can say that you can just about handle the features of the game. There is no need for complicated gestures to navigate your way as you only have to tap your finger on the buttons to activate their effect and drag your finger across the screen to aim your skills.
Your characters you use in Higan: Eruthyll at first are free but you can still add more to your collection via the Wish tab. This is where you use resources to randomly summon them to your side once or by ten. There are various categories of which you can attain these heroes and sometimes you can use events to acquire a high-tier character with a required number of wishes. If they are R-tier, the percentage of getting them is higher compared to the SR and SSR as their stats and performance are lower than that of the top-tiered characters.
Before combat in Higan: Eruthyll, you need to set your formation as to where each one is positioned. This is important as you have different roles to consider when creating your squad. You got Guardians, Hoplites, Assassins, Rangers, Casters, and Adiutrix that offers unique skills to help or strengthen your party. Their range of attacks, health, defense, and purpose vary in their class so be sure to take that into account when considering who to pick. There is also an auto-formation function to let the game decide for you.
When in battle, the characters automatically attack the enemies right in front of them. You can control the casting of their skills so you can determine who they hit and where the area-of-effect spells deal damage. However, if you want to automate everything then just tap on the AUTO function at the lower right-hand side of the screen and all you have to do is watch as the entire battle is played out. There is also a x2 feature which speeds up combat and lets you experience the fight at a much faster pace.
